1. Booking & Deposits

1.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A project is considered

officially confirmed

only when:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is received, andA written agreement or email confirmation is exchanged between both parties.

1.2 Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve any video shoot or media production service.The remaining 50% balance is due immediately after the shoot wraps, before any post-production begins.Deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions, including cancellations due to personal emergencies or changes in availability.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

2.1 Rescheduling

Clients may

reschedule

their project without penalty if notice is given

at least 72 hours prior

to the scheduled shoot time.

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

2.2 Cancellations

Any cancellation on the client’s part results in forfeiture of the deposit.Live Black Media reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, weather conditions, emergencies). In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or reschedule option.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround for edited video projects is 7–14 business days, depending on project complexity.Rush delivery (within 3–5 business days) may be available for an additional fee.Clients will be notified of extended timelines if the scope or demand of the project requires more time.

4. Revisions Policy

Each project includes one (1) round of revisions unless otherwise stated in the contract.Additional revisions are subject to a fee, quoted based on time and complexity.Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the initial draft.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must arrive on time and prepared for their shoot.Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions, locations, props, or talent unless otherwise arranged in advance.Any delays caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

Live Black Media retains full copyright ownership of all footage and creative content produced.Upon full payment, the client receives non-exclusive usage rights for distribution and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or redistribution of the content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

Live Black media Multi Media Group is not liable for:Any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during filming unless caused by gross negligence.Missed deadlines due to acts of nature, power outages, internet failures, or third-party services.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times. Disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward crew members, clients, or collaborators will result in immediate termination of services, without refund.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Live Black Media Multi Media Group, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this document and acknowledges their responsibility to abide by these policies.
